Ubereats is a **** with ***** drivers

I ordered lunch and the driver called me at 6 minutes after arrival then claimed I did not pick up. I get to him at 8 minutes and instead of him giving me my order he was bickering and refused to my face to give me my order “cos time is up and he has other orders and it’s free lunch for him” then drives off! Make it make sense that instructions on my order always says meet at reception and every other driver adheres as security always uses teams to get hold of us due to network but this one felt he wasn’t going to come in and camped outside just for an opportunity for a meal ticket. I even called Tanaka the driver while watching him drive off and he said he will not turn back I must take this as a lesson for next time. Is this the service Ubereats gives, are they not paying their drivers enough for them to even **** paying customers? What annoys me is that I have never had this problem with all my other deliveries with them! Is Tanaka that out of plan for his next meal. I have never been so disappointed ☹️ in my whole experience with them till now and they even refused to give me a refund!

That order was already paid for which Tanaka if he really wanted to could have left at the door or reception but cos he had intentions to indulge and score himself food he chose not to
