UberEats is a total ******* and I want my money back
On friday evening at 17:57 i placed an order for TruPizza in Edgemead. The order was meant to be delivered.
Firstly UberEats does not have a proper customer service team that you can contact to get assistance with your order... its all bots.
I waited almost 2 hours and had still not received my order. When I called the store they couldn't assist - the person I spoke to just gave me attitude.
The UberEats driver kept moving the delivery time out so I cancelled the order and I need my money back as its not my fault your driver did not deliver my food and took too long

Firstly, its pathetic that you cannot find an email address or contact number to call this people.
Now I have finally gotten hold of user musman59 who keeps telling me that due to internal policies they cannot refund me.
So that's what you do? you take orders, take people's money and if the food arrives or not within reasonable time you don't care you just keep the money despite the ******* service?
