Ubereats is a terrible app to order food from - DO NOT RECCOMEND!

This is the worst place to order food!

I have logged so many queries stating that I have not received a drink with my order and that the driver, by the name of Carlos driving a Suzuki, refused to collect my drink that I HAVE PAID FOR WITH MY ORDER. When I logged it on ubereats, they refuse to give my a refund on my drink as they do not find it valid enough to give it back. I will never use this terrible app again as they are not providing the service and also *****ing your money!!!
