ubereats is a **** with its drivers

Uber eats is one app i will never use or even allow anyone i know to use. I ordered food while babysitting the kids are hungry whereas i have already paid for food. I even put two alternative numbers just to make sure that if there were to be an issue then he would call another number his name is senzeni driving a suzuki swift JP88BNGP this app does not even have a way in which we can call or get feedback from the driver regarding our orders.
