UberEats is a ****. I WANT MY MONEY

Today I ordered lunch from KFC via UberEats but my order never arrived. At first the order was delayed up until my lunch break was over. I tried communicating with the delivery guy, his name is Daniel but he did not respond to my message. The estimated delivery time came and pass by but my delivery was no where to be found. I called the driver but no reply. I called the driver once again ten minutes after the scheduled delivery time via the UberEats app but still I could not get ahold of him.

I am really disappointed in the service I got. My money went to waste, I paid for something but I did not get it. I always get my meals via UberEats but today I vow on my fathers grave that I shall never place an order via them. I will also make sure that no one (my colleagues, family and friends) ever orders via UberEats.

This is by far my worst customer experience. I want my money back!!!
