UberEats is a ****

I am really frustrated that I am being continously charged for food I never even ate. Uber eats is ripping me off by charging me for food that I never got to eat, my first order never arrived and they sent an email that I owe them R70, second time I try and order they charge me for the new order and what o ordered, the delivery guy refused to give me my fimood and said I had to pay for my previous canceled order too, when I refused saying I can't pay for food I never ate unless he brings it, he then took my new order and went away, only to get an email saying I know owe them for 2 orders, 2 ****** orders I never got to eat
