UberEats is a ***** - Drivers are allowed to take your food with no refund or help

UberEats has continuously giving us bad service. They have allowed their Uber driver Juma to ***** our entire meal and refused to give us a refund, I have used the 'help' option on the app with no luck as well as call them but they are never available. I have threatened to sue and they still don't care at all. Their so called help is seriously pathetic. I will never use their app ever again, Mr Delivery or any other app is 10 x better as they actually give you assistance.
