UberEATS IS A **** COMPANY

I'm writing this as a very disappointed customer by UberEATS. I am tremendously dissatisfied with the kind of treatment Uber eats drivers give us. Last night I ordered food from McDonald's Station square in Cape town and never received my order that was to be delivered by UberEATS. The order I made had specific additional instructions for the driver to call when they were outside but they never did. I called the driver immediately I got notification he was outside on the app and he dropped the call. A few minutes later I got a notification saying I should enjoy my food with a picture attached that it was delivered.

I sent e message to support and they said my order was delivered and I am not eligible for a refund as driver made adequate attempts to contact me of which there was none.

UberEATS service is poor, *********** and is very bad for the companies image. I want my money as this is hard earned money I work for and I will not accept to lose it just like that just so the driver gets to score. I do not support ******* as this kind of behavior is that of one.
