UBEREATS is a **** - Blacklist this business urgently!!!

If I could give minus infinity as a rating, I would. On 12 Mar 2025 I ordered 4 meals for an office meeting and paid using my work credit card. The food never arrived and uber "investigated" and closed my query because the driver apparently tried to contact me and sent a picture of the food. I requested proof of her contacting me and a clear picture of where the food...I'm still waiting for a response. Uber Eats is honestly a **** and should be blacklisted in South Africa!!! The driver's name is Bilonda Madimba (there are no contact details for her). Let's make them trend - this is unacceptable!!! Now I might have to pay R520 for food I never received. Appalling indeed
