I ordered from Ocean Basket at Loch Logan Mall in Bloemfontein using UberEats app.The delivery driver was OBAKENG Ricci driving Fiat fiorino registration number HCL 948 FS according to the app and delivery did not arrive whereas on the app it said delivery completed. I phoned Ocean Basket and they assisted by giving me Ubereats head office number to call and I did.They **** to say my order number do and my registered cellphone number doesn't exist. Following day I go to Ocean Basket and they assisted me and called Ubereats head office and they knew my order number and my cellphone number. This UberEats company is a **** and *****sters and ******* and going to spoil the whole industry of online delivery. No Refund that I got R 800.
