Ubereats is a ****!!

I ordered food from KFC on Ubereats on the 11th of May 2024. The driver took long cause he had other stops . After dropping the other order , he started communicating with me via texts asking about my exact location and I told him exactly where I am. Then few minutes later he called using the app of which answered but it was only the machine talking not him. Few seconds after that call , I received the notification that my order was delivered. Seems like the driver dropped it somewhere because it was never delivered to me. When I follow up with Uber they show me the picture of my order where it was delivered and the picture was taken inside the driver’s motorbike. It did not even show the exact location where he left my order so that I can at least go get it. I am very disappointed with Uber cause they said they can’t refund me cause their driver followed the proper procedures of which I also followed.
