UBEREATS is a *******

My wife ordered sushi from Tommy's glenwood ,the drive delivered the order and when we opened the packaging it was the wrong order ,but the driver had left already ,we contacted the restaurant and they advised us that they had given the correct order and we should contact ubereats to rectify to order ,we reported the issue on the app ,we was called back by the BOT and connected to the driver ,we got in contact with the driver and told him that he had given us the wrong order ,his reply was that there is nothing he can do and he wasnt going to come back to pick up the order and we should contact ubereats if we got a problem . We paid 219rand for the food order but got a 90rand food order instead ,we want our money back and we wont be using ubereats in the future
