UberEats is a ****

This is 2nd time this has happened to me. I've ordered food off the uberEats app, the driver marks it as delivered but the food does not get delivered. The 1st time they did not want to assist further as the driver had made contact. This time around, no contact was made but food marked as delivered. I cannot get the assistance I need via the app as they simply do not respond. I have now lost over a r700 due to non delivery.
