Ubereats is a ****

I ordered my order via the uber eats app...the driver did not deliver my order but on the app he marked it delivered...tried reaching out to uber eats call center and they said they cant do anything for me (they are sorry)...they only cater for restaurants (merchants)..i cant even have the driver details even his phone number.
