UberEats is a ****

I ordered food from UberEats on the 19th of Feb at 16:07 and the food never arrived and the driver’s location kept on saying he is 2 minutes away but he kept on saying he has arrived at my destination I had to walk around looking for him and with no luck he left and took only a picture of his bike and when I contacted customer service they said they are not going to refund me because the driver tried reaching me with no luck…they don’t even deserve my one star rating
