UberEats is a ****

This is so disappointing that Ubereats can not control their drivers...I've ordered food a 2 hours ago @Roccomamas Campus Square the driver did not deliver my food but stated that the food was delivered..while having a conversation with him about delivering my food he wants me to meet him at the main road which is far from where i live because his afraid of the area. Then why did he take the food at the first place an now Uber states that they will not give me a refund.
