UberEats is a ****

I ordered hot wings from Chicken Licken Kine Center in JHB, and when Patrick (the driver) delivered, he didn't find my order. He then advised that there was an order that didn't have a name in his scooter and I should take it. I refused to take it and advised him to please return it to the store as it was showing "soul sister" on the slip instead of "hot wings". He then asked me to open that package to verify if maybe there weren't wings inside, and I opened it and found 3 pieces of chicken and chips. I advised him that it wasn't my order and he should return it to the store. Before he left, I took a picture of the order and sent a refund request from UberEats and they rejected my claim with no reason. I spent over R200 for nothing.

Because we desperately needed the wings, I ordered again on the same ****my app, but from a different store (Carlton Center) and they provided me with my accurate order. Now, who would order wings twice just for the fun of it??

UberEats had better refund my cash as this was no fault of mine.
