UberEats is a ****

I placed an order through UberEats, but when I checked the app, it stated that my order had been delivered. Confused, I asked the security guard if my order had been dropped off, but I was told the driver left with the food. I never received any missed calls or the usual automated call that the driver was trying to reach me.

I tried contacting the driver directly, and when they answered, a woman on the line told me that they didn’t work for UberEats. It seems like I was ****med. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I’ve been left without any resolution. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I will not be ordering from UberEats again.
