UberEats *****ing Money by Double Charging Customers

I've done 4 orders with uber eats the 2 I got double charged and the two inbetween I didn't all because I decided to give the driver a tip and then ubereats decides to do a full charge on the order. The one order that I've tried to sort out has been 11 business days and no refund of my money. The next one I've complained but no response from UberEats. This is ridiculous service. They try in the response to say through their chatbot to say it is the banks that do this. Nonsense you do it! I even pay the UberOne fees. *******! Can someone sort these issues out immediately!
