The courier didn't wait at the specified address and didn't follow my instructions to leave the food at the reception. The receptionist and my colleague waited, but he never showed up. This is the second time I've experienced this with Uber Eats. I contacted the courier through the app, but he didn't answer. I called Lupo Osteria to check if my food was returned, but it wasn't. Uber Eats refused to issue a refund. The driver took a picture of my building and falsely claimed to have called, but he wasn't at our office. The system allows drivers to take a picture and wait 10 minutes, which protects those ******ing customers and Uber Eats.
