Ubereats incorrect items

I ordered food from McDonald's through Uber Eats. My two daughters' meals were not delivered. I showed the delivery man this and refused to accept the order as it was incomplete. Uber Eats refused to refund the entire amount and only refunded for the missing items. I will no longer be using their services
