Ubereats ***********

I received a delivery notification however I did not receive my order. When calling the driver to explain to him, he responded by saying I'm wasting his petrol and time. We managed to trace where he delivered the order only to discover from the order there was a pizza missing. When calling him back he was rude. He finally arrived with the pizza, however the box was damaged and I refused delivery. He started once again arguing with me and rudely. All I want is my refund back. I will never use Ubereats again. This is not the first time I am complaining. Ubereats never responds as well.
