Ubereats incompetence with regards to delivery

I ordered food at about 9pm from Nando’s Sandridge in Midrand, the driver received the food at about 21:30 to 21:35. As I type this out it’s 23:00 pm and I am yet to receive my food. The driver goes by the name of Masautso with the following as his bikes registration “KL85MMGP”. He has been “stuck” at the same complex for what seems like hours at this point. Of course Ubereats is offline now and there’s absolutely nothing I can do to retrieve my order or lay a formal complaint because the order is STILL ongoing. I made multiple attempts to contact him to no avail. I am absolutely appalled by this level of incompetence from Ubereats with regards to vetting their drivers.
