UberEats incompetence

On Wednesday, 28th December 2022 around 20:30 I ordered 2 mix it up sharing boxes which each has 4 burgers each from Steers the driver arrived with the wrong order that only had 2 burgers and 2 shakes.I informed the driver that the order was incorrect and he said that he will bring the correct order in around 40mins. After 40mins I had not received the order. I called Steers and they gave his number, he claims that they had given our order to a different driver. I called steers once again and they had said that our order has been collected by the driver, our order had been delivered to the incorrect people, how *********** can UberEats drivers be. I called him again and asked whether he delivered the order to the incorrect people, he **** and claimed that it was still Steers fault. I asked him if he delivered to the wrong people and he did not respond. I would like for my money to be refunded. The drivers name is Issac, I am extremely upset.
