UberEats in South Africa allows drivers to take customer food with no sign for accountability

Ordered food on UberEats but the order never arrived. The driver just wrote order completed. UberEats does not hold their drivers accountable and constantly allows drivers to maliciously take customers food with no repercussions. This has already happened to me on three occasions. They don’t have direct number to contact them and only uses a bot that write standard responses. Disappointed beyond words
