UberEats ??? How when no food arrived!!!!! UberNOeats

For the second time this week I have used Uber Eats and for the second time I am left with no food .

The 1st time i ordered lunch from an ocean basket after 3 hours and no food I phoned the restuarant only to be informed my food was ready over 2 hours ago but it was cancelled by Uber Eats due to no drivers yet litetally 5 minutes before that ordet was placed my colleague ordered and received his food .

Now today I decide to order the kids all something fro. Sandwhich baron yay 4 items out of 3 arrive , I goto the PATHETIC HELP SECTOIN on the app and log a complaint and they refund me , unlucky for me they refund the wrong ammount and can you find any way to speak to an actual human about your problem NO YOU CANT , you ****** *****s should add a customer service number to your stupid app. Now not only am I hungry but Im also out of pocket. Your customer service doesnt exist and I guess Ill be switching back to MRD as they at least have a means to contact them should an issue arrise . Pathetic.
