UberEats horror movie

So today I really wanted fish so I decided to order on UberEats only to experience the horrific service from them and one of their delivery guys .I had to order from two different Fishawayas stores for UberEats to eventually deliver my food after more then five hours of waiting for the food .

I placed my first order at 17:40 at a Fishawayas near me only to wait for over 45 minutes for nothing and be ********** R200 because the said he arrived at my flat but didn’t .Reported it on UberEats only for UberEats to tell me that I won’t get my money back for food I didnt receive.

As if I didn’t learn the hard way ; I ordered the same meal from another Fishawayas only for it to be delivered over three hours later while UberEats gave me like “OOPS WE LOOKING FOR ANOTHER DELIVERY PARTNER “after an hour of waiting than as if it couldn’t get worse three hours later of waiting they send me another notification “IT SEEMS LIKE THE STORE IS WRAPPING UP YOUR ORDER” and by the way I’m waiting in the cold for three hours and these notifications are showing on my self phone .

To sum it out I thank you UberEats for ripping me off R400 for fish and making me wait for that fish for over five hours ( first order made 17:40 and second made 19:00 after first one didn’t arrive)

I swear this app is over rated and over priced for nothing .
