UberEats hold your drivers accountable!!

Uber Eats lets their drivers get away with ****ming us, they're not held accountable for their thieving ways. I was ****** twice by one driver few days apart, luckily I was refunded. The driver's name is Jailos Gray...why is this person still a delivery partner after I've complained about him *****ing our food and claiming it was delivered, 5 minutes after pickup. Does Ubereats even take the time to investigate our complaints...I'm done with your stupid app, you clearly don't give a damn about your clients.
