UberEats Hires Theives!

I ordered a meal from Nandos today using UberEats and found it odd that the driver took an hour to get to my offices from the Nandos (which is about 1 km away). The driver pulled up to the street that my office is based in then made a u-turn. i messaged him countless times to tell him he was going in the wrong direction and he just kept reading these messages. He then parked at a nearby university parking lot and stayed there for about 20 minutes and then the app said my food had been delivered. i had paid i full for this and gave the slimy ******* a tip as well!! The app is not helpful at all with reporting issues. UberEats will rather protect its drivers than hold them accountable for theft! Absolutely disgusted in them as i held them to high standards. No remorse and absolutely no willingness to help from the "support team". Never again!!
