Ubereats highway ******s

Terrible service, I placed an order for Mochachos amounting to just under R500 via Uber Eats but the food arrived without the kids meal and two coleslaw salads short. I immediately notified Uber Eats via the App but received a notification via email that they are unable to assist as my order is older than 48hrs. What a bunch of ****** ripping supporting customers off. I am an avid supporter of Uber and Uber Eats but the way I was brushed off makes me think twice. Thanks for nothing you highway ******s!
