UberEats have no customer service culture

I ordered a meal from an establishment 2 kms from my home. I was charged a larger amount (R15) for the delivery as I live far from the establishment. Seriously? When I queried it - all UberEats kept replying was that the delivery fee is posted up front and I can choose whether to accept or not and it’s because I live far. Well how much closer do you want me to live? It’s walking distance!! It should have been R3.00. We’re not talking millions of rands. They should have refunded the money. I won’t use UberEats again. Left such a sour taste!!
