UberEats Hates customers and wants you to starve

Good day, I am having tremendous issues now with KFC New Germany and Uber Eats. I scheduled for delivery for yesterday at 19:30. By 19:55 my order hadn't been delivered. I messaged the driver. No reply. I phoned the driver, he said that the branch is closed already. Myself, my partner and my son had no electricity and no way to make food which is 1 of the reasons we ordered. Why would you let Uber Eats schedule a delivery after you are closed? PLUS why wouldn't you contact me as soon as you got the order to let me put it for a different time??

Now when I speak to so called "customer service" They say they cannot give me the promo price? No, this is not fair.
