UberEats has the worse customer service experience

I specifically left an instruction to my order to be delivered at my door step providing the apartment unit number but the driver arrived in front of the apartment building entrance and the securities instructed him to leave the order at reception but he ignored them. He even lies and says he tried contacting me we trace of evidence then he leaves my order in front of another building entrance saying that he delivered my order. I raised this with uber support but they're response was we cannot refund you.
