UberEats has become so terrible at service delivery

UberEats and Uber’s delivery service have become increasingly unreliable due to issues with service providers and a lack of accountability from Uber in addressing misconduct. Based on my experiences, the platform has failed to take action against those responsible.

On one occasion, a delivery person failed to deliver my food plus i never got a refund. Another time, after canceling a delivery due to the recipient's unavailability, my parcel was not returned to me. Lost the parcel. On nearly four occasions, UberEats deducted the same amount multiple times from my account, forcing me to request my bank to cancel the card.

The service has become frustratingly inefficient, with no direct customer support except through the app, where responses are minimal at best. Given these issues, I strongly recommend ordering meals directly from restaurants rather than relying on UberEats for delivery.
