UberEats had my food

The driver never left the food I ordered as he claimed. I was not able to meet up as soon as I can so he sent me a picture in front of my gate but when I went to down to fetch it was not there. I saw on my tracking map that the driver had been stuck at my address. He was probably was eating my food!
