UberEats *****

Yesterday, I ordered food from Chicken Liken R55 through UberEats app. The driver who was supposed to bring the order sent message saying she won't come as she was nearly hijacked. I clicked help on the app which took me through to a live chat with a consultant. After explaining to the consultant what was happening the consultant tried to call the driver and gave feedback that she could not get hold of her. He then said he will call cancel the order at no cost to me. He confirmed on the chat that he canceled the order. To my surprise I received an email from UberEats stating that I owe the amount of the order. I went back to the app to query and got no help app still says I owe money of order that I did not receive.
