ÜberEats *****

Placed Order #C653B at 17h51 and at 18h15 their app claimed driver Emmanuel delivered the food. Yet when this Emmanuel tried calling and I missed his call he sent a message saying "he's outside" to which I responded "he must come inside the building to deliver to the door of room number specified on the delivery instructions". Next thing I know the app closed claiming I have received the food. Tried following their help options the driver didn't pick up the call and eventually his phone started going straight to voicemail every time I tried calling. I tried contacting ÜberEats and keep getting the runaround on the app not being able to get support for a solution. Eventually got a message saying if driver tried to call and didn't get ahold of me, I'll still be charged. So ÜberEats and their drivers are not only ********** but food ******* too. I am so angry not only because I lost money but that my kids had to wait longer as I had to drive out and buy food again.
