The food that UberEats provides has been to my expectation every time I have ordered. However, my complaint today is regarding the security systems that the app has in place. Surely, when a customer is required to insert their banking details in order to be able to place an order, the app should ensure that every safety measure has been put into place correctly and effectively. I have just been a victim of *****. The UberEats app has let me down on ensuring that my details are kept private and that no other party has access to them.
