UberEats *****!!!

I paid for my food using a card, an hour later my delivery reflected as delivered however it was not to me. The driver did not even make contact to let me know that he has arrived with my food. I tried getting help from the online chat and no one was willing to assist. Can i just get my refund and i do not want food because I want nothing to do with Ubereats ever again.
