UberEATS food not delivered.

On the 24th of August 2023, I placed and order for Debbonaire's Pizza comaro crossing to the sum of R630 for two large pizzas that did not arrive. The delivery driver did not contact me and instead marked the order as Delivered(Complete) without me receiving the order. This is a concern as before an order is delivered to me, I have opted that a security code be entered Apon delivery. UberEATS has in no ways compensated me for this failed order nor have they a heeded to their legally required cancelation policy of a prorate charge being brought forward for none delivered orders. This is a growing trend with UberEATS as they no longer validate delivered or missing orders.
