Ubereats food not delivered

JR12MRGP Drivers Name -Honest incident happened on 2020/10/29 food not delivered and now I can’t excess my app , I want to know where was the food delivered too and whom did the driver contact for delivery? I want the call log to be sent and I even contacted the D Receipt store to inform the manager that I haven’t received the order since 9pm and I was inform after the pick up the store doesn’t have the control so whom supposed to pay for that food ?
