Ubereats food mark delivered when they are not delivered

Uber eats marked my order as delivered while i never recieved ****,i think this is actually a plan by their ******* foreigner drivers to ***** from us.they take our food from franchices but never deliver,i doubt this would have happened if it was a cash payment now i am worried about my card details been ****** by them and their ******* foreinger drivers..i went to the store hoping to get my money back and they said i should call these mother****ers..i just want my money back please refund my money into my account. i used the "order as guest option " and this is my order number :0048 if my money is not refunded in the next 24 hours i will go to that steers store and demand my money,****en ****!
