UberEats featuring McDonald in Woodlands it's a mess

I always liked UberEats with my heart till last month I ordered twice from McDonald in Woodlands... hey never ever order through Uber from McDonald in Woodlands. Either you will get missing or different meals.

I indicated on the app with no ice and I got full of them in the cup. I was just drinking watered stone cooldrink.

Again I indicated with extra tomatoes, onions and lettuces and guess what...! I got none of them. The burger was plain with nothing mentioned above.

This happened twice in different orders and amazingly Uber can't refund me for that - I received email from Uber saying that. Please be careful when ordering with this app because if you don't get the right order, you definitely not getting your refund.
