UberEats failure to deliver and blaming their restaurants for it

Pathetic service

I have deleted the app and will never use them. I made an order at KFC for a streetwise 2 with pap and the gravy was not delivered. when I called the driver he said to click on the help section to report it which I did. Following is the pathetic excuse I got from UberEats: { Wrong or missing items

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that restaurant partners will include condiments with your order because they are not listed as a menu item.

In the future, please call the restaurant directly after you place your order and ask if they have the requested condiment available.

Is gravy which is part of the meal a condiment to UberEats? what a useless excuse

its a blame game that UberEats and the driver are playing so that neither can be blamed.

This is poor service and for the frustration involved I would rather just drive to order and pick up my food to avoid the Guaranteed poor service and frustration

I have deleted the app and will never use such a **** service again
