Ubereats fails miserably to solve a problem! Buys beware they will take your money but you will never get support!

I a regular user of ubereats and spend thousands of rands. Tonight I got a delivery from nandos and the bottom fell out of the bag due to a spilled sauce. Most of the food fell into the delivery guys container and was covered in sauce. I could not accept the food due to the health risk it posed. In addition I have sauce all over my clothes as well. As is always the case with Ubereats their sheer arrogance gives you NO possible way to make contact with someone to fix the problem. I have tried to call the call centre it no avail. I have sent a message from within the app no response. I expect a company with the supposed standing of Uber to provide a working channel to deal with problems but they feel they are too important for customers to be able to speak to them. I will never use this company again and expect a full refund for the damaged good s failing which will take legal action against this useless company!
