UberEATS failed delivery and denied refund

I placed an order, driver went to the wrong address and I tried reaching out to him he didn’t respond to my text nor calls. I waited for him by the gate and he never showed up. I used the same address for over a year and my orders were delivered successfully.

After couple of minutes my order status changed to “completed” though I didn’t receive the order. I contacted UberEATS support I was told that I won’t be getting any refund the driver did wait for me and also he tried contacting me but I have never received any form of communication from the driver. I requested that they share proof of communication even now I haven’t received anything and they are still insisting that I’m at fault and I won’t be getting any refund.
