UberEats equals cold pathetic customer service

I ordered food last night and when it came i received cold inedible chips. I immediately contacted Ubereats and i was informed that my account would be credited by R12. I paid R333 for my order. So I take it its the norm for them to send their customers cold inedible food then give them a R4 per person back to go and buy a potato each and make their own chips on the side. I usually buy at the sane store and when i get home the food will be warm and tasty.
