UberEats Enables Drivers to ***** Customer Orders
UberEats policies clearly do not care about a customer’s value for their money. UberEats quite literally enables its drivers to eat people’s food whenever there’s a glitch or failed connection with the customer.
I experienced a network issue around the time my order arrived, and my complex gate bell failed to notify me. The real problem is that I immediately tried to connect with the driver, but the app kept saying the service was unavailable. I even drove to the store shortly after those failed attempts—my food had not been returned, and the driver was nowhere to be found. I waited over 15 minutes, the UberEats service still wasn’t working, and the driver never came back to the store.
The next morning, I tried to request a refund from UberEats, and they had the audacity to say they wouldn’t refund me.
So where is my food? Who ate the food that I paid for?
It’s starting to look like these drivers know exactly when and how to take advantage of the system to help themselves to people’s orders.
