UberEats Enables ******** Behaviour | ****** Orders and Thieving Drivers

I paid for two joined orders via UberEats, a restaurant delivery and a selection of grocery items from Glen Alpine Mini Mart to the value of R1033 rands. When the Uber driver arrived he only sent a silent SMS , did not call me and set the timer, hoping that the 8 min collection time would run out and then he could drive off with all my items [ an ABSURD policy with UberEats ] . He had my restaurant order in his hand but claimed another driver took my order. I showed him it was him on the app with my order and colleciton time running out. He said he would go to the store to collect the order. I asked that one of his friends in the car stay back to ensure that he would return. One did and he went away for a very long time only to return to say the store was closed. UberEats has been completely unhelpful, will not allow me to speak to a human and simply claim that I was late to collect my order so must forfeit R1033 of groceries. this is utterly untrue and i even took a photo of him and his car to prove that I met him in time. Today I called the Glen Alpine Mini Mart and they say that the order was definitely collected by the allocated driver and they have the camera footage to prove it. So what must one then do in such a case where the Uber drivers are dishonest ******* and confound your collection time to enforce a forfeit on your order from UberEats perspective when in fact they are common ******* and have ****** from you. I will be laying a charge at the police for theft based n these circumstances and my photographic evidence.
