Ubereats eating your money

Placed an order got an message that the promotion can not be app**** but the money for the order left my account If i go onto the app to go look for my order its not displaying .... is this the new way of ****ming people I have all the screen shots to provide for evidence... tried looking for an call center / helpdesk but cant get hold of anyone
